Clik for a description of the mark of the beast.
- Holy Spirit calls us to help the impoverished followers of Jesus Christ.
- The Holy Spirit wants us to give as we can to needy Christians.
- Authorization required for moving commodities and collections.
Holy Spirit calls us to help the impoverished followers of Jesus Christ. “Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also:” 1 Corinthians 16:1 The Church in Jerusalem was impoverished. In the days of Paul, the followers of Jesus Christ were kicked-out of the churches, and as a result the Jewish community refused to do business with them. They would not be able to earn an income. For that reason, Paul gave orders for the other churches to take up a collection for them. In today’s society, money, possessions, physical comforts, and social favors are reserved for those who live by the mark of the beast. Those who follow Jesus Christ are not experiencing social and financial prosperity. The Holy Spirit calls us to help other Christians who are struggling.
The Holy Spirit wants us to give as we can to needy Christians. “On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come.” 1 Corinthians 16:2 Paul wanted the collections to be taken up before he got to the church of Corinth, and he would focus solely on the Gospel. Sundays are the days known for taking up a collection of money from whoever is filling the seats of the churches. However, the churches of today have thrown out the Gospel of Christ and the last thing the collections go for is to support and improve the situation of those who live by the Gospel. Also, when the digital currency is fully implemented, there will be no cash collections or financial support of any kind for the needy. The Spirit of Christ is being afflicted and people are directed to government agencies as their providers. We are already being groomed to accept the digital currency by being required to use direct deposits. It’s also next to impossible to pay utility bills and rent with checks and cash. At the time when Jesus Christ comes back, there won’t be any cash and collections of commodities for the needy.
Authorization required for moving commodities and collections. “And when I come, whomever you approve by your letters I will send to bear your gift to Jerusalem.” 1 Corinthians 16:3 The Corinthians would send Paul a letter of those they approved of for transporting the commodities, possessions, and money to Jerusalem. I can see a day coming when the transfer of resources from one place to another will be done according to authorization. The authorization will include the name of the ones authorized to transport it as well as the cargo transported and how much. That would be a way for those who govern and live by the mark of the beast to eliminate the transport of unauthorized collections to those who are not authorized to receive the cargo. “But if it is fitting that I go also, they will go with me.” 1 Corinthians 16:4 If the Corinthians wanted Paul to accompany the transport of the collections, he would willingly go with them. There is nothing more fitting than for the Spirit of Jesus Christ to accompany the transport of commodities to needy Christians.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
