“Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?” Ezekiel 13:12
The Jewish prophets build their life on the Old Testament, but as the State of Israel is falling down, the question to them is “What happened?” They tried to reinforce the Old Testament with their own false visions and lies. They have rejected Jesus Christ. Israel cannot be defended as a nation built on the Old Testament because there is nothing to keep them viable within the hostilities of the Middle East. The wrath of God’s judgments is on them.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not have walls of a city or nation on this earth that we need to worry about reinforcing. In fact, our Lord Jesus warns us about putting too much value in the property of this world, but to reinforce ourselves with the values of Heaven, “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:19-21
As followers of Jesus Christ, we reinforce ourselves through the Holy Spirit. We reinforce our walls, our body as the building of the Holy Spirit, by standing on the foundation of the Rock, who is our Lord Jesus, “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27
“Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.” Ezekiel 13:13
Israel began to be tore apart by the stormy wind of God’s fury in the same year they were established as a State in 1948. They are being showered in His overflowing anger and great hailstones are consuming her. Israel has been involved in 18 wars since 1948. The world government of the beast and its global culture meets the same type of fate as Israel. There are also the events of the Seven Trumpets in Revelation 8, 9, and 11, as well as the events of the Seven Plagues in Revelation 16. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9 and is a prominent appearance in this world that brings the stormy wind and inclement weather of all sorts.
