Only the Holy Spirit can restrain lawlessness. We live in communities which thinks the thing which forms what people think, feel, and do is the cure-all for behavior. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people and those in authority insist that people live their life by it. They have no idea what the Bible says about the government of the beast and have no idea they are serving Satan and are hosts of spiritual wickedness. As it lives and speaks through people they are conformed to their station in life, or mark in life, as they are groomed to the mark of the beast. As people consider that to be oppression and taking away personal freedoms, they rebel and act out in erratic and destructive ways.
As Christians, Jesus Christ wants us to follow the Gospel of peace and to live in the Spirit of Holiness and to put on the whole armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:10-19. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Only the Holy Spirit restrains lawlessness,
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.
The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Breaking – Circleville High-Speed Chase Ends in Crash into Car and Property.
CIRCLEVILLE – A high-speed chase occurred around 3:30 pm and went through the city of Circleville blazing through side roads at high speed.
According to early reports, the chase started in the area of Pickaway Street and blew across through Water Street and down Scioto Street and up Union where the chase came to an end at Court Street when a gray truck crashed into a car and then into a fence at the corner of Union and Court street. One person was detained and emergency services were called to the scene for injuries.
Property damage was reported along the route of the chase from the suspects car running into signs and trash cans.
