Remaining Faithful to God’s Love not Worldly Love

Hebrews 13:1-6

Let Brotherly Love Continue.

“Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers,
for by doing this some have shown hospitality to Angels without knowing it.”
Hebrews 13:1-2

In today’s world, there is a lot of talk about love and support, but it centers around the teachings of humanism that serves as the clothing for the mark of the beast. As far as Godly love and support, it has just about disappeared in this violent and Christless world. Those who govern by the mark of the beast are trying to manipulate the followers of Jesus Christ to show hospitality to same-sex relationships, the killing of unborn babies, and other such behaviors. While I demonstrate God’s love towards the unGodly, I make it clear that Salvation through Jesus Christ is what God requires. I am never mean-spirited, but still, the teachings of the Bible are considered hateful, intolerant, and inhospitable.

We should never just shrug somebody off because they are a stranger to us. It’s always a Godly thing to show kindness, goodwill, and love to others. The alternative would be similar to our love growing cold with words and behaviors that are indifferent, hateful, harsh, and cruel. Even then, it is well understood that today’s world is hostile to Godly hospitality, “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” Matthew 24:12-13 Even in a cold world, we want to be the temple of the Holy Spirit and filled with the love of God.

Some in this world has been in the presence of Angels without knowing it, and how embarrassing it would be to show ourselves as being rude to one of God’s messengers. We know that Angels would never do anything to contradict the teachings of Jesus Christ, would never oppose the presence of the Holy Spirit, and would always encourage belief in the Divine God. A cold shoulder would never provide a chance for fellowship with an Angel. Even if we were in the presence of Satan, who masquerades as an angel of light, we should always abide in the Spirit of Jesus Christ, “Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” Jude 1:9

Remember the Mistreated Prisoners as Ourselves.

“Remember the prisoners as if in prison with them—those who are mistreated—
since you yourselves are in the body also.”
Hebrews 13:3

We are living in the last days, the same as the last hours of Jesus Christ who hung on the Cross as He died for our sin. It is no longer us who lives but Christ who lives in us, so we feel our hands and feet being nailed to the cross, we feel the crown of thorns within our thoughts, and our heart has been pierced. We can’t move forward with the testimony of Jesus Christ. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is being held prisoner as His followers are restrained from making the Gospel known.

While the false ministers of righteousness talk about the power of their Christless ministry, there is no one to bring the Gospel of Christ to the millions of migrants around the world. At the border of US/Mexico there are at least 166,000 migrants per month. The Holy Spirit filled Christians yearn to glorify the name of Jesus and to share the testimony of Christ, but we have been imprisoned. Those who govern by the mark of the beast, in the name humanism, say there is no mistreatment of Christianity, in the same way they would say that the animals in the cages of the humane society are not mistreated.

The afflictions that we experience on this earth is because we are flesh and blood, but the reward for holding to Jesus Christ is eternal life in the Paradise of God. Around the world and in the USA, many are wrongfully imprisoned and mistreated in literal jails, let’s remember them as we also suffer in the prison of this earthly body.

Marriage is Honorable and God Will Judge the Others.

“Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.”
Hebrews 13:4

Marriage is something that has completely changed under those who govern by the mark of the beast in the name of humanism. To even mention the families like the “Brady Bunch” or “Leave it to Beaver” solicits mockery, laughter, and scrutiny of all types. Being a Baby Boomer, as a young teen, most families functioned along the guidelines that are ridiculous to today’s standards. Today, same sex marriages abound, children are raised to embrace just about any gender, but their own, “open” marriages are everywhere, many just form sexual partnerships, while others go from partner to partner. Marriages of today are formed on the basis of not believing in God, discarding Jesus Christ, and not welcoming the Holy Spirit into their mind and heart. They thrive on possessions and money and welcome the thing that has power over physiology to form their thoughts, emotions, feelings, and behaviors. They have made themselves the seat of government for the mark of the beast and have rejected their body as the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Today’s system of government has polluted marriage as sanctioned by God through Adam and Eve. Without God in the marriage, they are fornicators and adulterers, God will judge them.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we want to keep our marriage to God honorable and undefiled. That happens as we consecrate our body to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. We desire that all of our relationships form by believing God, accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and welcoming fellowship of the Holy Spirit. We embrace the sanctity of marriage as ordained by God, and outside of the blessing of God there is no legitimate union. We abstain from fornication, adultery, and anything else that defiles the marriage bed. I’ve been alone since 1985, since the young age of 26, today I’m over 63 years of age.

Don’t Live by Human Desires.

“Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with what you have.
For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”
Hebrews 13:5-6

Humanism does not believe in eternal and spiritual rewards, and every nod of approval comes through money, possessions, and physical comforts. The rewards that they give are for those who live by the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast empowers humanism through the thing that has power over physiology and is able to endow a person with fleshly rewards. Those rewards include uncanny knowledge, extraordinary skills and abilities, amazing physical feats and accomplishments, sensual comforts, etc. It enables a person to succeed in life above others and to prosper materially.

As a follower of Jesus Christ, we don’t want the money, possessions, and physical enhancements that come from the Christless system of this world. As the Holy Spirit says to us, “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with what you have.” We live for the eternal rewards that come through Jesus Christ. By rejecting the rewards of money, possessions, and physical enhancements, we are separating ourselves from those who govern through the mark of the beast. That is the beginning of scrutiny, ridicule, mockery, and persecution for being different from the society around us. Even in these times of peril, Jesus Christ will always be with us, “For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” The persecution of God’s people has begun and will continue to intensify until the Day of Lord, let’s not be afraid of those who kill the body but let’s fear the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell, “So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
