Submission of Wives to Husbands as Followers of Jesus Christ

1 Peter 3:1-6

This quote is from a 1971 song called, I Am Woman,

“I am woman, hear me roar,
In numbers too big to ignore,
And I know too much to go back an’ pretend
‘Cause I’ve heard it all before
And I’ve been down there on the floor
And no one’s ever gonna keep me down again.”

Even today in Iran, women are roaring in massive numbers around the nation to bring cultural changes, leading to changes in the national constitution, which prepares the nation to adopt a global constitution. In America, women have been the driving force behind cultural and constitutional changes for a long time. It’s happening in Mexico the same way, with calls for national reform due to “Feminicido,” which is a Spanish word for crimes directly targeting women. Globally, women are the driving force for establishing a one world constitution. The global “democracy” governed by a global constitution is what the Bible describes as a world established on the mark of the beast. Even today, the world blasphemes God, discards the need for Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirit. God is all-knowing and He tells women not to be a part of the ways of the roar within the world. God wants Christian women to be an example to Christless women, without a saying a word to the worldly lionesses, “Wives, likewise be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear.” 1 Peter 3:1-2

Setting an example to the women who are roaring around the world isn’t by having the hair arranged appropriately, nor by the jewelry that is worn, nor by the types of clothes that are worn, but it comes by a gentle and quiet spirit, “Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— rather let it be the hidden person of the heart…” 1 Peter 3:3 In the light of the Christless roar of women heard around the world, a gentle and quiet spirit of Christian women are very precious to God, “…with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.” 1 Peter 3:4

Women followers of Jesus Christ could have a lot to fear as they set themselves apart from the roar of women. The Christless lionesses are hostile to the gentle and quiet spirit of submissiveness that Christian women choose. The adversary of the women of Christ is a lioness of the devil looking for someone to devour. The women followers of Jesus have a rich history of women in the Bible, and they are compared to the daughters of Sarah if they do good and are not afraid with terror, “Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.” 1 Peter 3:6 To be called a daughter of Sarah is a huge compliment because she is the mother of every Christian that has ever lived. That is how important women are to God, and why they are called not to be a part of the roar of “feminism” that is ushering in the global government of the mark of the beast in the name of humanism

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
