Begins at about 5 minutes into video.

Chillicothe has a population of about 22,000, and it was about 32,000 a couple decades or so ago. I did a lot of fishing at Yoctangee Park when I was growing up as a child. I could walk there from where I was living, as I carried my pole and tackle box down the streets and past the Court House. The Chillicothe High School sets up on a hill that overlooks the Yoctangee lake. The lake is actually more of a large pond. Nowadays, that Chillicothe area is filled with homeless individuals, people who need to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Homelessness is a huge problem here in Circleville too, where I am currently residing.

Unfortunately, there are city ordinances against spreading the testimony of Jesus Christ on public property. Which means it’s illegal to talk about Jesus Christ to the homeless. Those who govern by the mark of the beast see no need for the spread of the testimony of Jesus Christ. It is under their “leadership” that these problems exist, like they are just discarding people who don’t fit into their agenda for an earthly utopia. People need the Lord Jeus Christ. The park is no longer the relaxing, family-oriented, and breath-of-fresh air place it used to be. The Chillicothe City Council, like too many cities around the nation, are trying to find a “solution” to those camping in the parks and on the streets. Chillicothe has several “problem areas”, but Jesus Christ, who they disown, is the only answer.

Now, the homeless population is being verbally threatened with shots fired to back up the threat. It’s persecution. As quoted in the article, Officers arrived in the park and spoke with the caller who said someone had shouted obscenities regarding the homeless population in Chillicothe and then opened fire.” The world is filled with hostility and violence towards the most vulnerable of the population. Love has become cold. There is very little kindness or charitable hearts left in this Godless world. The same hostility that turns love cold despises God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. This world is already wading waist high in the persecution of God’s people. Those who fired the shots to threaten the homeless people is quoted as yelling, “Show your face and I’ll cure the problem“.

“And because iniquity will abound, the love of many will wax cold.”
Matthew 24:12

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Chillicothe Police Department is investigating a reported shooting in Yoctangee Park.

According to reports provided to the Guardian, officers responded to the park on shortly before 11 p.m. on September 14 after dispatchers received a call of shots fired in the area.

Officers arrived in the park and spoke with the caller who said someone had shouted obscenities regarding the homeless population in Chillicothe and then opened fire.

The caller told police that the person was driving a silver sedan. When asked what the individual said the two witnesses reported that the man yelled, “Show your face and I’ll cure the problem,” before firing a handgun.

Witnesses told police that the driver fled the park, driving onto Mill Street.

Officers said they canvassed the immediate area but were unable to locate any shell casings.

The case, authorities said, remains under investigation.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
