Speaks Evil of Things not Understood.
A “railing accusation” is similar to a vicious rant that might be seen on a social media post. Those railing accusations lands people into some real hot water, and verbal hostility is not in the Spirit of Jesus Christ. It’s not to be done. Those who live for Jesus Christ are not to go off on a verbal assault, not even against people who are rude, obnoxious, and totally aggressive against the Gospel. Those who live by the mark of the beast have a lot of unnatural knowledge and it is used to hurl unflattering words towards decent individuals who live for Jesus. They despise all governments and authorities except for the thing that has power over their physiology, which is the mark of the beast
They say bad things about something they don’t have a clue about. The Bible is not understood by them, Salvation through Jesus Christ is not understood by them, and the Holy Spirit is not understood by them. Those people live by the sensuality that inspires them by forming their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They don’t want to understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ and are constantly on the attack against Christianity. They live for the natural world and discard the idea of the immortality of the soul through eternal life. They refer to the nature of humanity as the “human animal” to discard the idea of being created by God in His image. Like natural brute beasts, they will perish in their own destruction and be destroyed.
“Whereas Angels, which are greater in power and might,
bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed,
speak evil of the things that they understand not;
and will utterly perish in their own corruption;”
2 Peter 2:11-12
A Pleasure for them to Riot in the Daytime.
The phrase, “they count it a pleasure to riot in the daytime,” is right to the point. Today, people find every reason to take to the streets in protests over every decision made by the national government. Their goal is to change laws and constitutions to usher in a one world constitution. It will govern the world by the thing that has power over physiology and is able to form thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is the mark of the beast.
When the “rioters” are among those who live for the testimony of Jesus Christ, their attitude is abrasive. They do all they can to grieve the Holy Spirit, create strife, and to create diversions from Bible teachings. In broad daylight, it is their pleasure to live in sin against God, they are a “riot.” They are spots and blemishes within a group that comes together in the Spirit of Jesus Christ. It’s a sport to them to use charm and deceit to lead others away from the Gospel. Because they cannot allow the goodness of human sentiments to arise through the Holy Spirit, they do not cease from sinning. They will receive their reward of unrighteousness, which is eternal torment.
“And will receive the reward of unrighteousness,
as they that count it pleasure to riot in the daytime.
Spots they are and blemishes,
sporting themselves with their own deceiving while they feast with you;
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls:
a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:”
2 Peter 2:13-14
Loves the Wages of Sensuality.
People live for the mark of the beast because they “love the wages of unrighteousness.” Unrighteousness means that Jesus Christ is thrown aside for a more sensual and earthbound way of life. Today, there are a few faithful people who follow the way of Jesus Christ, but everyone else has turned away from the Gospel to live for the mark of the beast. They enjoy the wages they receive through sensuality of sexual arousal, having heightened intuition, being endowed with extraordinary skill, feeling great, having healings, etc. They follow the beast, as in the mark of the beast, because it has power over physiology, power over life and death, and has the ability to heal. “One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast.” Revelation 13:3
Today are the times where we see remarkable and unnatural things coming through animals. The only thing that I haven’t seen is an animal talk, although I have heard a parrot carry on a conversation, with few words, that leaves the hearers dumbfounded. The thing that has power over human physiology also has the same power over animals. It is 100% literal that a “dumb ass” spoke to Balaam as mentioned in the Bible. Balaam turned away from God to entice God’s people to live by earthly sensuality. God’s people were mixing their Godly heritage with unGodly practices. It is like the churches of today which uses a church building to serve the mark of the beast. Mixing the two things is not to be done, it’s madness to mix living for Jesus Christ with the mark of the beast.
“Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray,
following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor,
who loved the wages of unrighteousness; But was rebuked for his iniquity:
the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.”
2 Peter 2:15-15
Promise of Freedom through Sensuality.
“Liberty” and “freedom” are buzzwords used in harmony with the term “global democracy.” The idea is to liberate people to be free to express their “true” inner self. The problem is that the thing which works within people has nothing in common with Godly virtues. It uses its power over the inner workings of a person to enflame feelings, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. While the people of the world are declaring their inner “freedom” they are giving themselves to the mark of the beast. Those who govern through the inner presence of the mark of the beast purges God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit from people’s inner self. While they promise liberty, they themselves serve corruption.
Those promising freedom within the creation of a “global democracy” are falling way short of the promise of a kinder and gentler world. They are reservoirs without water not being able to quench the thirst of an unGodly world. They are also storm clouds bringing the ominous promise of the coming tumult. Instead of bringing freedom, those who live by the mark of the beast have a reservation where the mist of darkness is ever-present. This world is filled with national leaders speaking about the great things that they are doing to create the “global democracy.” Everything that they say are words swelled way out of proportion and filled with excessive pride for their achievements. Besides the great amount of conflict around the world, they have global warming to contend with. Nothing that the national leaders promise will occur because of the intense heat of the sun. The sun’s intense heat is a judgment of God that plays a role in destroying the power center of the mark of the beast, which is written about in Revelation 16:8-10.
“These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest;
to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
For when they speak great swelling words of vanity,
they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness,
those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption:
for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.”
2 Peter 2:17-19
Turned to Sensuality after Knowing the Way of Christ.
The way to escape the pollutions of the world is through the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit has to fill the inner life of thoughts and emotions, nothing else. That is the only way to solve the pollution in this world. There are many people who know the Bible Scriptures and have lived a life for Jesus Christ. Now, they have left the Gospel and have bought into the idea of “personal freedom” and “global democracy.” The name for them is “Judas.” They serve the very thing that discards the teachings of the Bible and calls sin freedom. People like that are common throughout social media and blogs. They use Bible verses to destroy the Gospel of Christ for the purpose of persuading others to live by the mark of the beast.
For all the “Judas,” it will be worse for them than ever before. It is one thing to be ignorant of Jesus Christ and quite another thing to use Christian experience to work against God’s Salvation plan. It would be better for them to never have known the way of Christ then to turn away from it like they have done. They have turned to something that thinks freedom is found in sin as it discards Bible teachings. It can be said of them, “The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.”
“For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world
through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein,
and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than,
after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
But it is happened to them according to the true proverb,
The dog is turned to his own vomit again;
and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.”
