Christians Out of Public View

Matthew 6:1-21

There is a noticeable difference between the recognition of those who live by the mark of the beast and those who choose Jesus Christ. The society of human robots are submerged in public recognition for their service and those who do it for Jesus Christ are not. In this year 2022, the voice and recognition of those with a testimony for Jesus Christ are being silenced. I’m glad Jesus says, “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.” Matthew 6:1

The modern society puts their “goodness” in the public eye. They make a show of their donations to good causes, dominate the praying in public religious places, put on a show with their faces, and they love wealth. Jesus tells us to be completely opposite; to keep quiet about our giving, praying, mourning, and to forget about wealth. “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:19-21

The following is a Christian prayer that will not be heard from those who live by the society of human robots. That’s because they will not honor the God of Jesus Christ, and they will not seek reconciliation with those who live for Jesus Christ.

“This, then, is how you should pray, “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.’ For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Matthew 6:9-14
