Salt of the Earth during a Stormy Downpour

Matthew 5:13-48

There is a huge difference between people who live by the mark of the beast (the human robots) and those who live by human decency and the Spirit of Jesus Christ. I know how uncaring, cruel, and cold-hearted people can be towards good intentions. I still do my best to be a caring person. Their databanks are filled with info solely for the purpose of harassing human decency and Christianity. The only thing they care about is their society of human robots. Preserving society as a whole is a far-flung idea. I still do all that I can to be the salt of the earth through the Spirit of Christ.

I’ve learned that those who live by the mark of the beast do not share any light on anything they do. But it’s obvious that the Bible is a myth to them, and they don’t care about my opinion on the mark. I’m still going to let the light of God’s Word shine. They hurt my feelings, pride, ego, and at times physically and they could care less. My only response is to smile at them and be on my way as soon as possible. They are outright hateful and spiteful towards the testimony that I have in Jesus Christ. Anyway, I will hold to the Word of God unitil heaven and earth pass away. Their welfare on earth is more important to them than their eternal destiny. I will give up all that I have in this life in exchange for my home in the New Jerusalem.

“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.” Matthew 5:11-13
