The beast is using the woman to build alliances around the world, and she uses whatever means possible to do it. Her cup is filled with abominations. Abominations comes in the form of atrocities, disgrace, horror, obscenity, outrage, torment, crime, and monstrosity. She uses them all to get the international leaders to agree to form an alliance based on the mark of the beast. In the process of her persuasion, God’s people are killed. Once she is successful at establishing the alliance of the new world order, the beast no longer needs her. The beast now sits in the place of power within the global order that governs by the inner presence of the mark of the beast. It is that same global government that destroys the existence of the woman for all the world to see. The global system will collapse after that.
Explanation for Punishing the Grat Prostitute
A “prostitute” is someone who draws people away from God for the purpose of forming an ungodly partnership. It entices others to abandon Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirt with physical and emotional pleasures. In this case, it is a global partnership built on the inner presence of the mark of the beast. The global partnership of today was established immediately after WW2 and is called the New World Order (Daniel 8 gives the origins of the New World Order click this link).
The global partnership is obvious because it involves sitting, “by many waters.” And those waters are, “peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.” Today, there are many different terms being used to describe all those nations coming together in unity. Those terms include, “World Democracy,” “Democratic Values,” “International Community,” “Global Community,” “Global Family,” etc. Just about any term imaginable except, “New World Order.” They are trying to avoid the association it has with the mark of the beast.
All of the nations have come together through a “prostitute.” The prostitute is the inner presence that has power over physiology and is able to form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It entices with empowerment and authority, provides uncanny insight and knowledge, is very intuitive, extraordinarily skillful, and comes across as peaceful. It sets itself up as God while discarding the need for Jesus Christ and using pleasurable feelings to trample on the Holy Spirit. It is the mark of the beast.
All inhabitants of the earth are, “intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.” The international community is purposely enticing their citizens away from Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They are being enticed into the Godless lifestyles found through the inner presence of the mark of the beast. That is very easily seen today between the extreme gap of the “right wing” and “left wing.” The changes being made in the laws and the US Constitution are being driven by the “inhabitants of the earth.” In fact, “right wing” Justices and politicians are threatened with death and violence for being contrary to the demands of a “democratic” society.
“One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me,
“Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits by many waters.
With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.”
“Then the angel said to me,
“The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are
peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.”

The Woman is One with the Beast
The “prostitute” that establishes international cooperation is one with the inner presence of the mark of the beast. To put that another way, the power that is establishing the global order is being channeled through human physiology. The “prostitute” is sitting on a “scarlet beast,” and the “the woman was dressed in purple and scarlet.” The purple is showing that she is treated like royalty as a representative of the beast that is carrying her. The scarlet is the same as the beast showing that the beast and the woman is one in purpose. That purpose is to establish a world order rooted in the mark of the beast. This is another way of saying that the number of the beast is the number of a person, as said in Revelation 13:18.
Just like the woman sitting by many waters, the beast carrying her is on all seven continents and in every nation around the world. Again, this shows that the global order is established on the inner presence of the mark of the beast. It’s a global system based on the inner presence that has power over physiology with the ability to form thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It sets itself up as God, tosses out Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirit. It is full of blasphemy. Through those who welcomes its inner presence, it uses the enticements of wealth, glitz, and showy prosperity to establish its world government. That is exactly why they are trying to intertwine all the nation’s economies into one global prosperity.
Anyone who drinks from the “prostitute’s” cup has abandoned the Holy Spirit for physical and emotional pleasures and benefits. Her cup is filled with abominable things and filth. Salvation through Jesus Christ is tossed out. Today, the world’s population is dominated by those who drink from that cup. They are living by the inner presence of the mark of the beast. The cup they drink from is filled with things that cause outrage, horror, obscenities, monstrosity, crimes, disgrace, and every sort of atrocity. That definitely sounds like the world we live in today.
As spoken about in Daniel 8, the new world order was formed around 1946 or so. Just before that time, before the end of WW2, millions of God’s people were slaughtered by Hitler’s Germany during the Holocaust. The “woman was drunk with the blood of God’s Holy people.” And “the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.” Today, those who come to God through Jesus Christ are feeling the onslaught of persecution. Today, many are dying at the hands of the psychotic “lamb” under the system that governs by the mark of the beast. As a 1959 Baby Boomer, I remember when the Gospel of Jesus Christ had strong roots in America, but today it is almost illegal to mention the name of Jesus Christ to the younger generation.
“Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness.
There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast
that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.
The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet,
and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls.
She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.
The name written on her forehead was a mystery:
Babylon the great the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth.
I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God’s holy people,
the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.

The Global Government is Here
There are not two mysteries, one for the woman and one for the beast, it is one mystery that applies to both equally. Just explaining the beast explains both because the mark of the beast is an inner presence that lives in the physiology of flesh and blood. “I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides,”
Right away, it is made known that the beast/woman is a global presence on all seven continents in every country of the world. In the Revelation, it speaks of Babylon which is a global power that is to exist in the future and that future is here. At one time, it actually did exist as clearly defined in the book of Ezekiel and Daniel, but at the time of the writing of Revelation it had collapsed. The global order of today, that governs by the inner presence of the mark of the beast will go to its destruction. “The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction.”
There has never been a single global power in this world since Babylon. Then, around1945 it popped up again. It was formed immediately after WW2 to bring all the nations of the world together with the intention of preventing anymore world wars. The United Nations was formed in 1945. It came declaring the words, “Peace, peace.” This is the “beast” that is written about when it says, “yet will come.” It is here and governs by the internal presence of the mark of the beast. It has power over physiology with the ability to form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It is hostile to the Gospel of Christ, sets itself up as God, and tramples on the Holy Spirit with pleasures and good feelings.
What is seen in the world today is a push to create one constitution for the whole world to be governed by. There are many protests, demands, and an extreme amount of violence that is causing laws to be changed. Those demanding the change are living under the influence of the inner presence of the mark of the beast. Today, the US Supreme Court has been torn down and its reputation destroyed. Many states ignore its rulings. Now, the Congress is changing laws to force the Supreme Court to interpret the constitution apart from its Godly foundations. The “right wing” even faces death threats and violence as the “left wing” is the driving force behind the changes. The US Constitution, Canada’s, Mexico’s, South America’s, Europe’s, China’s, Russia’s, and every constitution of the world has to be changed to conform to the constitution of the global government. The phrase, “yet will come,” is now, “already here.”

The Last Government is Here
The last form of government that this world will ever know is here. It’s the one that is referred to as, “has not yet come.” When the Revelation was written it had not come yet, but today it is here. That refers to the global power, the New World Order, or the terms used today is “International Community,” “Global Democracy,” “Global Family,” etc. it is a global government that operates through the inner presence of the mark of the beast. It is seen in the world as it works through those who welcome its presence into their inner being. In fact, Daniel 8:23-24 makes it clear that the power it has comes through the people,
“In the latter part of their reign, when rebels have become completely wicked,
a fierce-looking king, a master of intrigue, will arise.
He will become very strong, but not by his own power.
He will cause astounding devastation and will succeed in whatever he does.
He will destroy those who are mighty, the Holy people.”
Daniel 8:23-24
It is working to establish itself as the “king” of the world by establishing one constitution for every nation. It sets itself up as God, throws out Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirit. That is the “eighth king.” Local laws and national constitutions are being changed by the aggressive demands of those who live by the mark of the beast. This present global system will be destroyed, and Jesus Christ will return to rule the nations.
“This calls for a mind with wisdom.
The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.
They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come;
but when he does come, he must remain for only a little while.
The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king.
He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.”

Global Leaders Surrender their Autonomy to the Mark of the Beast
In 2022, all leaders of the international community have already formed an alliance under the authority of the beast. They have handed over their power to the beast. From one continent to the next, international leaders are single-minded, and that consistency is characteristic of those who live by the mark of the beast. It’s apparent that they have waged war against the Lamb. That’s easy to see because there is very little left of the Message of the Cross and that is a worldwide occurrence. The Lamb triumphs over them because He is the Lord of lords and King of kings. With Him will be His called, chosen, and faithful followers.
“The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom,
but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast.
They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast.
They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them
because He is Lord of lords and King of kings—
and with Him will be His called, chosen and faithful followers.”
Revelation 17:12-14
Global Alliance is Betrayed
The “prostitute”, once working as an alliance builder on behalf of the beast, is now hated by the international community. The global community is now governing through the mark of the beast, and they turn against the “prostitute.” This is similar to having a form of Godliness, but without Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. The leaders of the world handed over their authority to the beast, now they are betraying the “prostitute.” They bring ruin to her, eat away at her flesh, and she burns with fire. That eventually brings a collapse to the whole global system. It sounds something like our world today with all the wildfires and the eating away at the flesh by the inner presence of the mark of the beast, and by those who live by the mark of the beast. This will continue until all of God’s words are fulfilled. Eventually, the global system is not able to hold up and collapses.
“The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute.
They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish His purpose by agreeing to
hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.
The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.”
